Q. What Time is Check in and Check Out?
A. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am or by prior arrangement

Q. Can I smoke in my suite?
A. No smoking policy in all Lodges. However, a comfortable outdoor covered decking area with heating and seating is provided.

Q. Are pets allowed
A. Yes – maximum 2 dogs per lodge. When outdoors dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times due to sheep in the adjacent fields. Soiling bins are located close to the Lodges and disposable gloves can be provided. A Public Footpath runs at the back of the Lodges which offers delightful country walks leading to the villages of Burnaston and Etwall. However, dogs are not to be left unattended at any time in the Lodges. If you require to leave your Dog unattended, then you can book our on-site Kennel accommodation with Reception or by phone prior to your visit.

Q. What disabled facilities are available?
A. Lodges with fully equipped ensuite disabled bathrooms available.

Q. Do you charge a Credit Card booking fee?
A. No fee charged.

Q. What is included in the cost of the Suite?
A. All bedding, bath and hand towels, tea towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, heating and electricity charges are included in the Tariff charge.

Q. Are telephones installed in the Lodges?
A. No, but a Wifi network is available in all Lodges.

Q. Do you provide Cots or Child Beds?
A. Yes! By prior arrangement.

Q. Do you provide hairdryers, and irons and ironing boards?
A. Yes! All Lodges are fully equipped.

Q. Is there a restaurant close by?
A. There are a number of pubs and restaurants within 1 mile. These include the The Seven Wells and The Blenheim Restaurant to the west in Etwall village. The Masons Arms and The Nags Head are situated in Mickleover, to the East. There are delivered takeaway facilities for both Chinese and Indian cuisine and menus are provided in each lodge.

Q. Where is the nearest Supermarket
A. There is a Tesco Supermarket 2 miles away in Mickleover. A convenience store is located in the Total petrol station a quarter of a mile away.
