A. No smoking policy in all Lodges. However, a comfortable outdoor covered decking area with heating and seating is provided.

A. Yes – maximum 2 dogs per lodge at £25 per dog, per stay. When outdoors dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times due to sheep in the adjacent fields. Soiling bins are located close to the Lodges and disposable gloves can be provided. A Public Footpath runs at the back of the Lodges which offers delightful country walks leading to the villages of Burnaston and Etwall. However, dogs are not to be left unattended at any time in the Lodges.

A. Lodges with fully equipped ensuite disabled bathrooms available.

A. No fees charged (American Express not accepted).

A. All bedding, bath and hand towels, tea towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, heating and electricity charges are included in the Tariff charge.

A. No, but a Wifi network is available in all Lodges.

A. Yes! By prior arrangement. £25 per infant per duration of stay.

A. Yes! All Lodges are fully equipped.

A. There are a number of pubs and restaurants within 1 mile. These include the The Seven Wells and The Hawk and Buckle to the west in Etwall village. The Masons Arms and The Nags Head are situated in Mickleover, Two miles to the East.

A. There is a Tesco Supermarket and a Sainsbury’s Local 2 miles away in Mickleover.

A. Yes! There is a communal utility with washing machine and tumble dryer adjacent to the Reception area.
